CO2 Laser Aftercare Instructions
DO:

- Use a cool compress to ease discomfort or swelling
- Sleep with your head elevated to minimize swelling (especially after full-face treatments)
- Stay hydrated and eat nourishing foods
- Once peeling is complete, apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily and reapply regularly
AVOID:
- Sun exposure for at least 4–6 weeks (wear a wide-brimmed hat if outdoors)
- Picking, scratching, or peeling the skin—let it slough off naturally
- Makeup after 5 days
- Saunas, hot tubs, sweating, or intense workouts for at least 5 days
- Retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs, and active ingredients until your skin fully heals
- Smoking or alcohol (can impair healing)
